摘要
根据国家环保要求,大部分的火电厂已经建设了脱硫设施,但是在实际运行中遇到很多困难。为了解决这些问题,提出了第三方运行这种适合火电厂脱硫系统运营的新模式。叙述了第三方运行的好处、如何进行第三方运行和需要的国家政策等。
According to national standards,desulfuration facilities have been constructed in most power plants.There are a number of problems in the actual running.In order to solve these problems,a new model of the third party running was described in this paper,which is fit for desulfuration system in power plant.The benefit of the third party running,how to perform it and its national supporting policy were also described.
