摘要 目的:探讨甲基苯丙胺(methamphetamine,MA)的短期和长期神经毒性对空间学习记忆功能的影响。方法:将雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组和实验组,试验组给予MA1mg/kg,qd,对照组给予等体积生理盐水。分别于末次给药后的第4、9周做水迷宫试验观察。结果:给予MA3周后,与生理盐水组比较,Morris水迷宫试验的逃避潜伏期和穿原平台的探索次数,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。给予MA8周后,与生理盐水组比较,Morris水迷宫试验,无论是逃避潜伏期还是穿原平台的探索次数,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MA短期神经毒性对空间学习记忆功能影响不明显,而长期毒性使空间学习记忆功能下降。 Objective:To investigate the short-and long-term neurotoxic effect of methamphetamine(MA)on the spatial learning and memory function.Methods:Male SD rats were randomized into control or MA group.The rats in MA group received intraperitoneal injection of MA at a dose of 1mg/kg qd.and the controls were given equivalent volume of saline.Water maze test was performed at the 4th and 9th week after the final intervention for observation of the respective short-and long-term effects.Results:After 3 weeks of MA administration,we found no difference between the two groups concerning the escape response latency and frequencies of the platform exploration by Morris water-maze test(P0.05),and yet,the difference appeared significant by the end of 8 consecutive weeks of MA injection(P0.05).Conclusion:Methamphetamine seems to produce less short-term neurotoxic effect but does on the spatial learning and memory function regarding the long-term effects.
