晚期胃癌的艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗

Therapeutic outcomes of combined Aidi injection with chemotherapy for advanced gastric cancer

目的:比较艾迪注射液联合化疗与单纯化疗治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效、生活质量及毒性反应。方法:将晚期胃癌患者120例分为两组,均予常规化疗方案,治疗组加用艾迪注射液;21d为1个周期,连用2个周期。结果:治疗组与对照组近期有效率分别为38.3%和33.3%(P>0.05),治疗组患者生活质量明显改善(P<0.05),治疗组化疗毒性低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合化疗可减轻化疗药物的毒性反应,改善晚期胃癌患者的生活质量。

Objective：To compare the short-term therapeutic effect,quality of life（QOL）and adverse effect of combined use of Aidi injection with chemotherapy or simple chemotherapy scheme for patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods：Advanced gastric cancer patients of 120 were randomized divided into two groups and received conventional chemotherapy,and the treatment groups were given additional therapy with Aidi injection in each cycle of 21 days for two successive cycles.Results：By short-term effect,38.3% and 33.3% of the patients responded respectively to the therapy（P0.05）,but the QOL improved a lot and had reduced adverse effects for the treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Chemotherapy in combination with Aidi injection may reduce the toxic reaction but improve the QOL for patients with advance gastric cancer.
