现代田径运动技术研究方法的基本特征

Basic Features of Modern Track and Field Research

采用文献资料法、理性分析法,根据现代田径运动技术发展的规律与特点,对田径运动技术的研究应采用一定层次的归纳分类、特征分析方法进行,研究结果认为现代田径运动技术研究方法应以量化分析研究为基础,配以相应的定性研究,使其研究的结果升华成为新的技术原理与动作模式,并在宏观上的进行高层次理性思辨,从而建立与完善动作技术的系统理论。现代田径运动技术研究方法具有科学化特征、实用性特征和实验研究与辩证思维分析相结合特征,在总结与归纳其特征基础上,进一步提出应用现代田径运动技术研究方法应注意的主要问题与建议。

According to document-data method,rational analysis method and modern athletics technical rules and features,track and field studies should adopt a certain level of classification and analytical methods.The result of the study believes that modern research methods should be based on quantitative analysis and appropriate qualitative research.The results of the research go to the level of new technology principles and action mode,and thus a rational thinking on construction and improvement of the technique of systems theory.Methods for modern track and field research are scientific and practical.On the basis of summarizing its features,major issues and suggestions are put forward in the application of modern track and field research.
