新一轮国家基础教育课程改革要求数学教学必须以学生发展为本,为此中学数学教师必须转变教育教学理念,并在此基础上转变课堂教学方式,即注重学生学的过程、关注学生的差异、注重教学模式的个性化。

The new elementary education curriculum reform requires that mathematics teaching should be students＇ development oriented,so middle school mathematics teachers ought to change their education and teaching ideas.They need to change their teaching methods,which means to put an emphasis on students＇ learning process,to care about students differences and to pay attention to the individuation of teaching instruction.
