Electricity Market Influence on Power Production Safety in Power Generation Enterprises and Its Countermeasures

随着电力市场交易的广泛开展,越来越多的发电权通过市场分配给发电企业,这使得计划性很强的电力生产产生了新的问题,从而给电力安全生产带来安全隐患。在对安徽省内发电企业电力交易情况及电力市场给发电企业带来的安全生产隐患分析的基础上,对这些安全问题进行了研究,并针对这些问题提出了应对建议。

With the extensive development of electricity market transactions, more and more power right through the market allocation to the power generation enterprises, which makes new problems of the highly planed electricity power generation. Based on analysis of electricity market which bring hazard to safe production of power generation enterprises and electricity transactions of power generation enterprises in Anhui province, this paper studies these safety issues and put forward a response to these recommendations.
