摘要
目的研究不同热缺血温度对小肠运动功能的影响。方法应用电生理多道仪记录25℃、30℃、37℃的热缺血对猪小肠肌电的影响,同时记录猪自体小肠移植后30分钟及术后3周时的肌电,肉眼观察小肠的蠕动情况。结果热缺血使肠蠕动功能减弱,与温度成反比,且温度越高,移植术后蠕动功能恢复越差;温度越高,其肌电的频率及幅度越低,37℃组移植术后3周的肌电幅度不及对照组的1/3。结论猪小肠在37℃或以上缺血时间达8分钟时,其运动功能明显减退。
Objective To study the effect of different warm ischemia
temperature on the motion of the small intestinal graft. Methods The effect of warm ischemia at
25, 30 and 37 on intestinal myoelectricity was recorded by using an electrophysiological
multichannel apparatus. At the same time, the myoelectricity was measured 30 min and 3
weeks after small intestinal autotransplantation in pigs and the intestinal peristalsis observed.
Results Warm ischemia alleviated the peristalsis which was negatively correlated with
temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse the recovery of the peristalsis after
transplantation. The higher the temperature, the lower the myoelectric frequency and amplitude.
The myoelectric amplitude 3 weeks after transplantation at 37 was less than 1/3 of the control
group. Conclusion When the ischemic time of intestine lasted up to 8 min at 37 or over, the
motion of the intestine was obviously decreased.
