基于Fluent割前脱粒联收机惯性分离室后壁影响研究

摘要 割前脱粒联收机惯性分离室能实现谷物与气流的分离,利用欧拉-拉格朗日离散相模型,运用Fluent软件对不同后壁结构下的惯性分离室进行数值模拟,得到不同后壁结构下籽粒在惯性分离室内运动轨迹,惯性分离室的压力损失,分离效率和损失率,通过对比分析模拟结果,得到一种较好的后壁结构坠=90°,β=60°,并通过试验验证了模拟结果。 The grains were separated from airflow at the rear of the inertial-deposition separation chamber,but the study to chamber lacked indepth theory analysis and parameter optimization.The Euler-Lagrange discrete phase model was set up and the numerical simulation of the inertial-deposition separation chamber with different back wall was carried out by Fluent,to find the regular motion pattern of two-phases flow in the Inertia Deposition-separation Chamber and compare the pressure drop and separate capability of the different chambers.By analyzing the simulation and experiment result,a better structure of the backwall(=90°,β=60°) was found out,the simulation result was tested and verified by experi-ment.
