川渝气田净化厂脱硫装置腐蚀监测技术研究及应用 被引量:13

摘要 川渝地区含硫天然气净化厂脱硫装置存在严重的腐蚀行为。CO2-H2S-H2O和R2NH-H2S-CO2-H2O等引起的腐蚀造成大量直接和间接损失,对净化厂脱硫装置腐蚀情况进行监测和安全评价对含硫天然气净化厂安全高效生产具有重要意义。在对川渝气田净化厂脱硫装置腐蚀状况调研基础上,建立和完善了净化厂脱硫装置腐蚀监测技术并用于指导净化厂安全生产。腐蚀监测技术的主要内容包括净化厂脱硫装置的腐蚀监测点布置、监测方法的选择、数据的管理及可靠性评价等内容。 In sweetening units of Sichuan-Chongqing natural gas purification,the corrosion caused by CO2-H2S-H2O and R2NH-H2S-CO2-H2O can produce enormous direct and indirect losses,so the monitoring for corrosion behavior of these units and safety assessment have great significance for safety producing of the plants. In this paper,to ensure safety production,the corrosion monitoring technology of sweetening unit was established and improved based on the research of corrosion conditions for the plants,which included the choices of corrosion monitoring points and corrosion monitoring methods,the establish of corrosion database and reliability evaluation etc.
