急腹症伴SIRS患者血浆细胞因子TNF-α、IL-6及NF-κB的动态变化 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测急腹症伴发全身炎症反应综合征(systemic inflammatory response syndrome,SIRS)患者血浆细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)及核因子κB(nuclear factor-κB,NF-κB)水平的动态变化,并探讨与SIRS的关系。方法 81例急腹症伴SIRS患者于入院当日(0d)及入院后1、3、7d分别采集空腹外周静脉血,用酶联免疫吸附法测定TNF-α、IL-6及NF-κB的血浆浓度,另选30例健康成年人做为对照组。分别对NF-κB活性与TNF-α及IL-6水平进行相关统计学分析。结果 81例急腹症患者血浆各时间点TNF-α、IL-6及NF-κB水平均较对照组显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NF-κB活性增高与TNF-α及IL-6血浆浓度增高呈明显正相关(P<0.05)。结论急腹症伴SIRS时,TNF-α、IL-6及NF-κB表达增多。TNF-α及IL-6血浆浓度与NF-κB活性呈正相关。 Objective To study the dynamic changes of tumor necrosis factor -α ( TNF -α), interleukin- 6 (IL -6 ) and nuclear factor -κB (NF -κB ) in plasma in acute abdomen patients combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome (SIRS) and their potential significance. Methods The peripheral venous blood were collected in 81 patients in acute abdomen combined with SIRS on the day of admission, and 1, 3, 7 days after admission, respectively and 30 healthy adults were chosen as control. The levels of TNF-α, IL- 6 and NF-κB were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. The collected data between the activation of NF -κB and the expressions of TNF -α and IL - 6 respectively were dealt with statistical analysis. Results The levels of TNF -α IL - 6 and NF -κB in patients were obviously higher than those in control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were significant positive correlation between the activation of NF -κB and the expressions of TNF -α and IL -6 respectively( P 〈0.05). Conclusion In acute abdomen patients combined with SIRS, the levels of TNF -α, IL - 6 and NF -κB are increased. There are positive relativity between the activation of NF -κB and the expressions of TNF-α and IL- 6 respectively.
