摘要 在HAc介质中,Triton X-100增敏剂存在下,痕量铈(Ⅳ)对高碘酸钾氧化靛蓝胭脂红的反应具有阻抑作用,据此建立一种测定痕量铈(Ⅳ)的新方法。研究吸收光谱、试剂用量、干扰离子等因素的影响。在最佳试验条件下,方法线性范围为0~140μg/L,检出限为3.88×10-6g/L。此法用于大米食品中铈的测定,相对标准偏差小于3.65%,加标回收率为99%~103.4%。 A new inhibitory discoloring kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of the trace Ce(Ⅳ) was studied.The method was based on inhibitory discoloring effect of indigo carmine oxidized by KIO4 using surface of Triton X-100 as sensitizer in HAc medium.The effects of the factors shch as absorption spectra,acidity,concentrations of reagent,influence of coexisting ions on the reaction are discussed and the kinetic conditions are studied.At the optimum experimental conditions,the linear range is 0-140 μg/L.The detection limit is 3.88×10-6 g/L.The method was used to determine Cerium in rice samples with the relative standard deviation of below 3.6 % and the average recovery of 99 %-103.4 %.
