摘要
建立一种QuEChERS——气相色谱同时快速测定大米中有机磷类多残留农药方法。5 g样品用10 mL水浸润后再用15 mL乙腈快速提取,氯化钠和无水硫酸镁盐析后,经PSA、C18和无水硫酸镁混合型固相分散净化后,提取液吹干用丙酮溶解过滤膜,上GC-FPD检测。13种有机磷农药的加标回收率在69.5%~105%,相对标准偏差在1.14%~8.54%,检出限在0.923μg/kg~8.70μg/kg之间。
To develop a fast method for the determination of organic phosphorus pesticide Multi-residue in riceby QuEChERS-gas chromatography.5 g sample with 10 mL water infiltration and then quickly extracted with 15 mLacetonitrile,followed by liquid-liquid partitioning formed by adding sodium chloride and anhydrous magnesiumsulfate.After being processed by a simple cleanup step known as dipersive solid-phase extraction with PSA,C18and anhydrous magnesium sulfate.Then drying extract and dissolving with acetone,passing the membrane filterthen detected by GC-FPD.13 kinds of organic phosphorus pesticide recoveries at 69.5 %-105 %,relativestandard deviation of 1.14 %-8.54 %,and the lowest detecting limits was 0.923 μg/kg-8.70 μg/kg.
