哈密地区无核白葡萄贮藏调查分析 被引量:2

摘要 无核白葡萄采后因其脱粒、褐变等现象,造成其鲜食品质快速下降。研究5种保鲜剂和2种保鲜膜对无核白葡萄贮藏效果的影响。结果表明,所有处理延缓和防止了果实衰老,良好地保持了其贮藏质量,PE(聚乙烯)和PVC(聚氯乙烯)2种保鲜膜对其贮藏品质的影响不明显。贮藏150d时T1和T5处理腐烂率都小于5%,脱粒率小于3.1%,好果率大于89%。贮藏42 d之内,各处理贮藏质量差异不明显。贮藏77 d后各处理差异较大,T4和T5处理更好地保持了TSS(可溶性固形物)含量,T1和T5处理较好地保持了TA(可滴定酸)含量和还原糖含量,T5处理还较好的抑制了MDA(丙二醛)含量的增加。综合看来,T5处理(简化21#)在贮藏期间贮藏效果最好,果梗鲜绿,无霉变现象,保持了良好的贮藏品质。T1次之,T3最差。贮藏期间,浸染葡萄果粒的主要病害为灰霉。 The quality of Thompson Seedless Grape is rapidly decreased because of berry drop,browning and other phenomena during storage.The storage effects on the Thompson Seedless Grape which was stored with five different preservatives and in two different preservation films package were studied.The results showed that the senescence of fruit was prevented and the quality was maintained well by all treatments,but the difference of storage quality of grape was insignificant in two films package.The rot rate of T1 and T5 treatment was less than 5 %,berry drop rate was less than 3.1 % and good fruit rate was more than 89 % after 150 d.The storage qualities of all treatments were similar after 42 d,but the difference of storage quality of grape was significant after 77 d.Contents of the total soluble solids(TSS) of T4 and T5,titratable acidity(TA) and reductive sugar of T1 and T5 were better preserved.The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) of T5 were more inhibited.At the end of the storage,storage quality of T5(21#) treatment was best,the next one was T1,and the T3 was worst of all.In addition,main disease of grape were botrytis cinerea which can infect all fruit clusters and lead to serious decay phenomenon during storage.
