钛胶整体柱的制备及其应用

摘要 钛胶由于其独特的化学特性,在分离科学等领域中得到了广泛应用。最近,对于钛胶整体材料的研究进一步发展起来。将钛胶的优良化学特性与整体材料的高通透性等优点结合起来,即将钛胶应用于高效液相色谱(HPLC)的整体固定相,引起了色谱界的极大兴趣。本文综述了利用溶胶-凝胶技术制备钛胶整体材料的方法,以及钛胶基质在分离富集磷酸蛋白、多肽、核酸等方面的应用。 Because of the unique properties of titania,it has been extensively applied in separation science and other areas.Recently,the researches on titania monolith have been further developed.Combining fine chemical properties of titania with high permeability of monoliths and applying to HPLC stationary phase will cause the most interest in chromatographic field.The article has reviewed the development of titania monoliths,the applications of titanium matrix in the separation and enrichment of phosphoprotein,phosphopeptides and nucleic acid.
