摘要 本文综述了鱼皮胶原蛋白的特性,国内外提取研究的最新进展以及存在的问题,并对今后的研究前景进行了展望。 This paper summarizes the characteristics of fish skin collagen,the latest study on extraction methods and the problems existed in it,and make prospects for future research.
