茶叶多酚心血管保护作用的分子机制研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 茶叶多酚在癌症及心血管疾病方面的保护作用引起了广泛关注,但其对心血管的保护作用机制尚不完全清楚。本文概述茶叶多酚对心血管系统的分子靶作用机制,探讨它们的功能作用与分子信号转导途径之间的关系。 Tea polyphenols have attracted considerable attention in the prevention of cancer and cardiovascular diseases.The molecular mechanisms of tea polyphenols involved in antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antithrombotic,anti-angiongenic and protective effects on endothelial functions are reviewed in this paper.Meanwhile,the molecular targets of tea polyphenols are also discussed to explore the correlation between functional effects and signaling transduction pathways.
