摘要
目的研究各种放射照射条件下人体内剂量分布及剂量学参数的特点。方法考虑各种参数在计算中的影响后,用组织空气比方法计算得出人体内的剂量分布,进而计算出各剂量学参数,并利用组织等效仿真人体模型进行了实验验证。结果人体内剂量分布越均匀,干细胞剂量与平均剂量越接近;干细胞剂量可大于平均剂量;全身干细胞剂量计算值与实验值之差小于5%。结论所用计算方法与程序是可靠的。该计算程序已在实际事故处理中得到了应用。
