摘要
目的利用首例中国女性数字化可视人体数据集,对黑质、红核及其主要毗邻核团进行断层解剖学研究及三维重建。方法选取含有黑质、红核的断层图像,利用Adobe Photoshop CS3对黑质、红核以及毗邻核团和结构进行断层解剖学观察,并分割出相关结构,获得各结构的轮廓线,再应用Amira软件对各结构进行三维重建和虚拟现实显示。结果黑质、红核的头端位于中脑-间脑结合部,与间脑的核团、脚底纤维、视束等结构关系密切,黑质贯穿观察区域的全长,其尾端直至脑桥基底部上缘附近才消失,红核高度约为黑质的2/3,其尾端进入下丘区域后逐渐消失。应用Amira软件重建的三维模型比较清楚地显示了黑质、红核及其毗邻结构在中脑以及中脑-间脑结合部的形态和空间位置关系,可以任意角度旋转、切割、组合和整体显示有关结构。结论明确了黑质与红核的形态、位置和毗邻,并获得有关内容的计算机三维模型。
Objective To investigate the stereoscopic shapes,locations and relationships of substantia nigra,red nucleus,and the main related nuclei based on the cross-section images from the dataset of the first Chinese Digital Visible Female,and to reconstruct the 3-D model of the structures.Methods Extracted cross-sectional images of the substantia nigra,red nucleus and the main related nuclei were collected and investigated.Every construction was outlined respectively by using Adobe Photoshop.The 3-D reconstructions and visuali-zations of these constructions were realized by Amira software.Results The cranial end of substantia nigra and red nucleus were located at the continuum of the midbrain and diencephalon,closely related with the nuclei,the crus fibers,the optic tract,etc.,in the diencephalon.The substantia nigra run through the whole investigated area,and the caudal end disappeared nearby the superior border of the basilar part of pons.The height of red nucleus was about two thirds of the height of substantia nigra,and the caudal end disappeared gradually after entering the inferior colliculus.The 3-D model reconstructed by Amira software demonstrated clearly the shapes and spatial relationships of substantia nigra,red nucleus,main related nuclei in midbrain and the continuum of midbrain and diencephalon.The reconstructed model was rotated,cut,and recombined at any angle,and the relevant structures were displayed as a whole.Conclusion The shapes and locations of substantia nigra,red nucleus and their relationships with other nuclei are demonstrated clearly.A 3-D model is also reconstructed,which providing more ocular and convenient reference for anatomic study and clinic application.
