摘要 河南中孚实业股份有限公司电力二分公司300MW锅炉在启动阶段时常发生汽包上/下壁温差大、低温过热器超温严重、空气预热器电流波动大的问题,使整体启动时间较难控制,对金属材料的寿命构成了严重的威胁,且点火时间延长,势必造成燃油量增大、发电量减少的双重损失。对锅炉启动过程受热面安全问题进行了分析,提出了在多次启动运行实践过程中总结出来的防止超温的措施。 Some problems occurred in starting process of the 300 MW boiler of Second Electric Power Branch of Henan Zhongfu Industry Corporation Limited,which include larger temperature difference between the drum's upper wall and lower wall,serious overtemperature of the low temperature overheater,greater fluctuation of the air preheater current.Due to these problems,the control of whole starting time became more difficult,the life of the metal materials were imperiled seriously;and the long ignition time will cause increase of the fuel oil consumption and decrease of generated electricity.In this paper the safety of the heating surface in boiler starting process was analyzed,and the measures for overtemperature prevention were put forward,which were summarized according to many times starting practices.
