摘要 通过对胶凝材料和化学添加剂的选择和复配,制备了三种不同体系的自流平砂浆。探讨了胶凝体系、骨料级配、添加剂对自流平砂浆性能的影响,并采用XRD、SEM方法对不同胶凝体系的水化产物和硬化浆体微观结构进行了表征。结果表明,AC系水泥基自流平砂浆性能好于PC系,具有快凝、早强、低收缩、高耐磨的特点,流动度大于140mm、4h硬化、1d抗压强度大于25MPa、28d抗压强度大于40MPa、收缩率≤0.05%、磨耗≤0.30g;石膏基自流平砂浆强度得到显著提升,绝干抗压强度大于30MPa,体积变化率≤0.02%。 By selecting and compounding different cementitious materials and chemical additives,three types of self-leveling floor mortar(SLM) with different binder systems were prepared.The effects of cementation system,aggregate gradation and additive on the properties of SLM were studied.The hydrated products of different binder systems and micro-structures of hardened pastes were investigated by X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that aluminate cement(AC) dominated SLM has better performances than that of Portland cement(PC) dominated SLM.It has the following features: quick-setting(hardened before 4 hours),accelerating strengthening(compressive strength at a curing age of 1 day is over 25MPa and at 28 days is over 40MPa),low-shrinkage(shrinking percentage at a curing age of 28 days is less than 0.05%),high-abrasion(rubbing abrasion at a curing age of 28 days is less than 0.30g);the strength of gypsum based SLM is improved significantly.Its dry compressive strength is over 30MPa and its volume change rate is less than 0.02%.
