摘要
运用外加添加剂尿素的新技术,以水热法在玻璃基板上制备Ti O2微米球。采用SEM、TEM和XRD技术对产物进行表征,结果说明,生成的Ti O2晶体为锐钛矿型,Ti O2微米球的直径为2-3μm,它由大面积的Ti O2晶体自组装而成。制备产物的最佳条件是:0.15mol/LTi(SO4)2、Ti4+/添加剂摩尔比1/1、170℃、4h。
TiO_(2) microspheres were fabricated on the glass substrates via hydrothermal reaction by adding urea as additive.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray diffractometry(XRD) are used to characterize these TiO_(2) microspheres,which confirm that the TiO_2 crystals are anatase.The diameters of the as-prepared microspheres are in the range of 2-3μm,which were a large scale self-assembly of TiO_(2) nanocrstals.Optimum synthesis conditions are 0.15mol/L Ti(SO_4)_2,Ti~(4+)/additive=1/1,170℃,4h.
