Analysis of Carrying Function Test on TD-SCDMA Iub Interface

Iub接口是无线网络控制器(RNC)与基站(Node B)之间的接口,用来传输RNC与Node B之间的信令和无线接口数据,3G时代的到来,尤其是异步传输模式(ATM)和IP网络架构交接,其重要性更加受到重视,基于Iub承载功能的测试技术资料却相对欠缺的现状,文章结合Iub接口的技术原理,以中国移动新一期时分同步码分多址(TD-SCDMA)无线子系统承载功能测试为实际背景,对Iub口承载测试中用到的拓扑结构,技术方法,深层原理做了一定总结,对测试中遇到的问题进行了一定的研究。

Iub interface,known as interface between RNC and Node B,transmits signaling and wireless interface data between RNC and Node B.In 3G era,especially in the construction of ATM and IP network infrastructure,the function of Iub interface attracts more and more attention.Based on the relative lack of technical material on Iub carrying capabilities test,this article,in combination of technical principles of Iub interface and with actual background of China Mobile TD-SCDMA radio subsystems carrying function test,gives a description on topology,technology and methods in Iub interface carrying function test.Some in-depth principle is simply summarized,and the problems encountered in the test are also discussed.
