Functions and HD Applications Comparison of CMOS and CCD

摘要 互补金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)与电荷耦合器件(CCD)是目前主流的图像传感器件。CMOS与CCD图像传感器的研究几乎同时起步,但是CMOS的应用有相当一段时期落后于CCD。近些年,各个级别质量的图像采集领域,都有COMS图像传感器的应用。从CMOS和CCD图像传感器采用的技术手段和性能表现两大方面做了较为全面的比较和分析,给出了较为详细的对比参数表,并介绍了CMOS和CCD传感器在高清摄像方面的高端应用。 CMOS and CCD are the main image sensors.The study on CMOS and CCD image sensors started nearly at the same time,but the application of CMOS lagged behind CCD for some time.In recent years,COMS image sensors are used on various levels of quality for image acquisition.This paper gives a more comprehensive comparison and analysis on CMOS and CCD image sensors from the perspectives of their performance and technical means.Furthermore,it shows a more detailed parameter table for the comparison,and finally describes the application of CMOS and CCD sensors in HD camera.
