摘要
对逆向NC加工流程进行了分析和总结;介绍了零件点云数据测量技术和曲面重构技术;结合汽车大灯的逆向NC加工进行实例说明,并将逆向NC加工技术与逆向快速成形技术进行了对比研究;针对逆向NC加工的发展提出了看法。
The process of NC manufacturing using RE technology is firstly analyzed and summarized.The key technology,including the technology for the measuring points and rebuilding surfaces,is introduced.The headlight is taken for example to illustrate the technology and the rapid prototyping technology using RE technology is compared with NC manufacturing using RE technology.The view of the future development of the technology is put forward finally.
