Fuzzy Reliability Design of Fatigue Strength for Reed Valve of Inverter Refrigeration Compressor

考虑到变频制冷压缩机簧片阀所受应力及其疲劳强度的随机性和模糊性,依据模糊可靠性理论,通过对变频制冷压缩机簧片阀所受应力及其疲劳强度的分析研究,构建了数学模型,并以实例计算了不同频率下压缩机簧片阀的模糊可靠度,为制冷压缩机簧片阀的结构可靠性优化设计提供了依据。

In view of the randomness and fuzziness of the fatigue strength and stress for reed valve of inverter refrigeration compressor,this paper builds the mathematical model through the analysis and study of its fatigue strength and stress based on the fuzzy reliability theory and calculates its fuzzy reliability in different frequency by way of example.It also provides the theoretical basis for the structural reliability optimal design.
