摘要
介绍了独立悬挂复式涡轮钻具的结构特点,提出了转子预紧改进方案和定/转子工作间隙的调节方法。通过分析涡轮钻具3种工况的载荷特点,认为涡轮节强度分析中除考虑额定工况和制动工况外,还应考虑涡轮节装配工况。定转子轴向工作间隙可通过定/转子系统轴向变形量进行控制,采用控制定/转子系调节套轴向长度增量的方法,比控制上扣扭矩的方法更能有效控制定/转子轴向压紧力;根据定/转子变形协调特点,分析了水力负荷对定/转子残余压紧力的影响规律。以D240型涡轮钻具为实例,经计算得出水力负荷对转子系统压紧力影响不大,对定子系统压紧力有明显的抵消作用。计算结果验证了涡轮钻具装配工况载荷大于工作载荷的观点,并对涡轮钻具强度分析提出建议。
The structural characteristics of the turbodrill is introduced in detail.The scheme to improve preloading rotors and adjust axial interval between rotors and stators is presented.Through analysis of load characteristics for three kind of operating mode,the load exiting during assembling operation,besides running mode and stall mode.is considered in static strength analysis.Axial running interval between rotors and stators can be adjusted by controlling axial deformation displacement of rotor and stator system.It is more available to control rotor preload by controlling length increment of the adjusting sleeve than by controlling screwing up torque.On the basis of deformation coordinate of rotors and stators,effect of hydraulic load on residual preload of rotor and stator system is analyzed.This paper takes D240 turbodrill for example,to show that hydraulic load has small effect on residual preload of rotor,but it has obvious counteraction to preload of stators.A viewpoint that load under assembling condition is greater than that under running condition is verified,and the suggestion is made on strength analysis of turbodrill.
