摘要 主轴部件动静态特性直接影响车床的加工精度和精度稳定性。以重型车床CT61100的主轴为分析对象,在工件重力和切削力载荷工况下,应用Ansys软件对其进行静态和模态分析。在产品试验之前,分析得到最大应力和变形位置。以此来判断主轴的刚度是否足够。根据固有频率计算主轴的临界转速,避开共振区域。这些分析结果为机床设计提供了依据。 The dynamic and static characteristics of the spindle directly influence processing accuracy and stability of lathe.Under the load conditions of the workpiece gravity and the cutting force,the static and modal analyses are made by ANSYS for the spindle of the CT61100 type lathe.Before testing the machine tool,it is possiable to predict the location maximum stress and deformation.According to the spindle maximum deformation,this paper determines the adequacy of the stiffness of spindle and calculates the spindle critical speed with the natural frequency to avoid the resonance region.These results provide a theoretical basis for the machine tool design and manufacturing.
