摘要
利用UG NX优秀的CAD/CAM功能,对潜油螺杆泵联轴节中的渐开线内啮合零齿差机构齿轮的齿廓进行分析、实现建模、虚拟装配以及虚拟线切割加工。数字化设计与制造技术的应用可提高产品开发能力、缩短产品研制周期、降低开发成本。
This paper uses the powerful CAD/CAM function of UG NX to analyze the tooth profile curve of involute internal gear with,which is a part of submarine progressive pump,and to realize virtual assembly and wire cutting.The application of parameter design can improve product development capabilities,shorten product development cycle and reduce development costs.
