摘要
调节阀是流体装置中不可缺少的控制装备,为适应市场变化的要求,需要使用参数化设计方法。通过Access数据库技术设计产品参数数据库,根据调节阀的设计方法和步骤,利用VC++开发出参数编辑库法器,对调节阀的尺寸参数进行操作,并传递到SolidWorks三维设计软件,生成相应的零件实体模型。调节阀三维参数化设计系统的使用,极大地缩短产品的设计时间,提高新产品的开发周期。
The control valve is a indispensable equipment in fluid control device.But the traditional design methods can not meet the requirements of the current changes in the market,so we need to use the parametric design approach,that through the Access database design technology the parameter database is created for the product,and then we use it to carry out the design according to the methods and steps valve design and develop the parameter editing library with VC++,which can be used to operate the size parameters of control valve and to transmit the parameters to SolidWorks 3D design software to generate the corresponding solid models of parts.The three-dimensional parametric design system can be used for the control valve to greatly reduce design time and improve new product development cycle and the degree of planning.
