摘要
兆瓦级风力发电机组机舱罩多采用FRP等复合材料制成.由于材料的各向异性和大型机舱罩部件的复杂性,其CAE分析尚处于研究阶段。在分析复合材料层合板理论及其数学模型的基础上,利用ABAQUS软件采用S4R和S3壳单元模拟某机舱罩部件FRP层压板结构进行极限风速下非线性有限元分析仿真,构建了一种基于ABAQUS兆瓦级风电机组机舱罩非线性有限元分析仿真的方法,并给出了示例。
Nacelle-cover of MW-Class wind turbine is mainly made of FRP,which is a composite material.Because of the anisotropy of composite material and the complexity of large nacelle-cover,CAE in nacelle-cover of composite material is made research on.On the basis of analyzing laminated plate theory and its mathematical model of composite materials,this paper uses ABAQUS and FRP laminated plate structure of shell element to analyze nonlinear finite element and simulate MW-Class wind turbine nacelle-cover in extreme wind speed,construct a method of nonlinear finite element analysis and simulation in nacelle-cover of MW-Class wind turbine based on ABAQUS and gives an example.
