摘要
随着炭阳极生产规模的不断扩大,对生产工艺的自动化控制提出了更高的要求。为有效控制石油焦的主要技术指标,进一步提高产品的产能和质量,减少设备故障率,采用原料破碎、原料掺配、上料至排料生产全过程一体化设计,实现了阳极生产工艺的自动化控制,有效地提高了原料的最佳配合,为生产优质阳极夯实基础。文章介绍了煅烧炉生产自动化控制的实现过程及对设备的影响。
With the unceasing expansion of carbon anode production scale,the production process set a higher request to automatic control.In order to reduce equipment failure rate in production and increase the production capacity as well as the product quality,it is necessary to increase the level of automation.In this paper,the processes including the raw material crushing,blending and charging-discharging of pot calciner were integrated,which realized the automatic control in anode production and increased the anode quality.The implementation procedure of the automatic control and its effect on the equipment were mainly introduced.
