类风湿性关节炎患者血清IL-25及IL-27的水平分析

Serum levels of IL-25 and IL-27 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

目的探讨IL-25、IL-27在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者的临床意义及其与血清超敏CRP(hs-CRP)、类风湿因子(RF)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)的关系。方法对56例RA患者与30例健康对照组分别采用免疫散射比浊法测定血清hs-CRP、RF的浓度;ELISA法检测血清IL-25、IL-27浓度;用魏氏法测定红细胞沉降率(ESR),并进行比较。结果类风湿性关节炎患者血清ESR、hs-CRP、RF、IL-25及IL-27水平分别为62.35±46.90、3.88±5.62、336.91±352.47、116.80±105.73、133.46±145.51,明显高于健康对照组8.19±5.08、0.10±0.15、9.76±7.73、49.24±12.06、40.15±12.35(P<0.05),且hs-CRP与ESR,IL-25与IL-27含量呈正的直线相关关系(P<0.05)。结论 hs-CRP能作为一项较好反映RA病情活动的指标且表明IL-25、IL-27参与了RA的炎性病理过程,其在RA炎性病理过程中起何具体作用有待进一步研究。

In this paper,we aimed to investigate the clinical significance of detecting serum IL-25 and IL-27 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis（RA） and the relationship of the serum levels of IL-25 and IL-27 with hs-CRP,RF and ESR in the RA group.The serum levels of hs-CRP and RF in 56 cases of RA patients and 30 cases of healthy controls was detected by immune scattering turbidimetry test;the serum levels of IL-25 and IL-27 in the same individuals were detected by ELISA and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR） was measured by Wei＇s method.The differences in hs-CRP,RF,ESR,IL-25,and IL-27 between patients with RA and healthy controls were compared.Our results showed that levels of ESR,hs-CRP,RF,IL-25,IL-27（62.35±46.90,3.88±5.62,336.91±352.47,116.80±105.73,133.46±145.51） in patients RA were significantly higher than those of healthy controls（8.19±5.08,0.10±0.15,9.76± 7.73,49.24 ±12.06,40.15 ±12.35）（P0.05）.Furthermore,there was significantly positive relationship between the levels of hs-CRP and ESR,as well as between the serum levels of IL-25 and IL-27 in the RA group（P 0.05）.The results above indicate that hs-CRP can better reflect the activity of RA as compared with RF,and that IL-25 and IL-27 are involved in the inflammatory pathogenesis of RA;the specific role of IL-25 and IL-27 in inflammatory pathological process of RA need to be further studied.
