郊区办公活动的区位影响因素分析——以北京市亦庄为例被引量：3

摘要 1980年代郊区化现象在北京等大城市出现.近年来,关于人口、工业、商业等的郊区化问题研究很多,但对于办公业郊区化现象研究尚不多见.对北京市写字楼空间分布展开调查研究,以亦庄开发区为例,分析郊区办公活动的区位选择影响因素.研究以微观视角,采用问卷调查法,获取个体选择郊区办公的影响因素,并对影响因素进行重要性排序.研究表明北京郊区已出现办公活动,周边环境条件、区位租金成本、安全性、居住条件、交通便捷度、政策因素是影响郊区办公活动区位选择的重要因素. The suburbanization has been appeared in Beijing since 1980S.In recent years,there are many researches about population suburbanization,industrial suburbanization and commerce suburbanization,however,few about the suburbanization of office.This paper takes efforts to the newly appeared office suburbanization in Beijing,using Yizhuang as a study area.Under a microscopic lens,questionnaires is used in the survey to get the factors about individual choice to suburban to work.Arrange the factors according to the importance.Through this study,office activities have been appeared in Beijing.Circumstance and environment,rent cost,safety,condition of habitation,transportation and policy make the important affect on the location choice about office activity.
