我国专业运动员人力资本产权现状及归因分析——基于案例研究

Case study of status quo and attribution of Chinese athletic human capital resource property

以运动员人力资本产权为切入点,在剖析运动员人力资本产权内涵及权能结构基础上,通过个案分析,对我国专业运动员人力资本产权现状及归因进行研究。结果表明:我国专业运动员人力资本形成过程较为复杂,产权制度供给不足,产权边界模糊不清。我国体育管理体制、运动员培养模式、人们思维惯性、相关法律制度的缺失、体育管理部门职能错位以及市场经济的不完善导致了专业运动员人力资本产权边界模糊不清。

A case study of the status quo and attribution of the Chinese athletic human capital resource property showed that there existed many problems in the formation of the system.The property right system was not complete and the property right margin was not clear,which came from the fact that there was a lack of an effective Chinese sports management system,athlete development mode,relative law and regulations.The sports administrative sections were not doing an efficient job and the market economy was not perfect.
