构建“洪山奥林匹克体育文化街”的理念及发展思路研究

构建洪山地区奥林匹克体育文化街(以下简称奥林匹克街)是加强区校合作,促进洪山区域经济发展,贯彻和落实国务院2010年下发的《关于加快发展体育产业的指导意见》的重要举措。奥林匹克街项目充分利用武汉体育学院的无形资产及人才和知识资源优势,开发体育产业市场,并拓展至体育产业园。该项目得到了武汉市和洪山区政府的高度重视,已列入洪山区"两型社会"建设的重点项目"5521工程"之中。从构建奥林匹克街的政策、经济、地域人源和文化等四大优势进行剖析,提出其构建理念及发展思路。

The building of Hongshan Olympic Sports Culture Street can strengthen the co-operation and regional economic development between Wuhan Institute of P.E.and Hongshan District of Wuhan.It can also carry out Guidance for Accelerating Sports Industry Development issued by the State Council in 2010.The building of the Olympic Sports Culture Street project utilizes the intangible assets,human and intellectual resources of Wuhan Institute of P.E.to develop the sports industry market which can be expanded to the building of sports industry garden.This project is supported by the government of the city of Wuhan and the Hongshan District.It has been included in the key projects of building a society resource saving and environment friendly of Hongshan District and ＂5521 Project＂.In this paper,advantages concerning policies,economy,region and culture of the project is expatiated.
