摘要
利用离子土壤固化剂(Ionic Soil Stabilizer,简称ISS)对山东省青岛市某公路工程路基填土进行化学改性试验研究。试验中ISS溶液的配合比例为1∶38。通过对改性路基土进行室内击实试验、无侧限抗压试验、固结压缩试验及水浸泡试验,与原状土对比研究发现,掺加ISS的改性土最优含水量、最大干密度、抗剪强度指标都呈增大趋势,而且土体具有更好的水稳定性。另外,通过对不同黏粒含量的改性土试验研究表明,ISS固化剂对黏土质土壤改性效果更为明显。对于含黏土较少的砂质土壤,可以通过加黏土混合的方法,再利用ISS改性,以满足道路工程施工的需要。
The chemical modified subgrade soil of Qingdao City in Shandong Province by experiment with ionic soil stabilizer is studied.The soil tests are carried out after the soil is chemical treated with ISS and the ratio of ISS solution is identified as 1∶ 38.Parameters of the engineering soil are obtained through compaction tests,unconfined compression tests,high pressure consolidation tests and water immersion tests.Results of the tests indicate that the index properties of the soil such as optimum moisture content,maximum dry density and shear strength can be improved in different extent,and the chemical treated soil has good water stability.The tests also indicate that the ISS has much more active influence to cohesive soil than to silty clay.So ISS and clay be can added to sandy soil at the same time in order to improve the index properties of sandy soil.
