摘要
基于不同沥青和水泥含量,对乳化沥青冷再生混合料进行劈裂疲劳试验,并对最佳配合比试件做了浸水条件下的对比疲劳试验。将应力比与疲劳寿命在单对数坐标上采用线性方程进行拟合,发现水泥或沥青用量都不能偏少,否则会大大降低混合料疲劳性能;在2%的水泥用量范围内,水泥用量不会明显增加混合料的脆性;水使混合料疲劳寿命减少,可能与水使混合料劲度模量减小有关。
ITS fatigue tests for cold recycling mixtures with emulsion asphalt are carried out based on different asphalt and cement content,and comparative fatigue tests for the best mixing proportion specimen in soaking conditions are done.The stress ratio and fatigue life are fitted with the linear equation in the single-logarithmic coordinates,and it is found that cement,or asphalt content can not too small,otherwise the mixture fatigue performance will be greatly reduced,in 2% content,cement will not significantly increase the brittleness of the mixture;moisture can reduce the fatigue life,may be it related to moisture reducing the stiffness of the mixture.
