吸入一氧化氮改善兔缺血再灌注肺气体交换的意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价吸入一氧化氮(NO)对再灌注兔肺气体交换改善的效果。方法40只健康新西兰大白兔随机分成4组,每组10只。Ⅰ组未缺血组;Ⅱ组未缺血+吸入NO组;Ⅲ组缺血再灌注组;Ⅳ组缺血再灌注+吸入NO组。Ⅱ、Ⅳ组吸入NO50×10-6,再灌注240min连续动态观察PaO2、PaCO2、A-aDO2、Qs/Qt、高铁血红蛋白。结果(1)吸入NO不影响正常兔肺气体交换功能;(2)再灌注时吸入NO后PaO2上升,PaCO2、A-aDO2、Qs/Qt下降。(3)吸入NO对高铁血红蛋白的升高无明显影响。结论吸入NO能明显改善再灌注肺早期气体交换功能。 Objective\ To evaluate the effect of pulmonary gas exchange by inhaled nitric oxide(INO) on ischemia reperfusion(I/R) lung in rabbit model.\ Methods\ Forty Newzealand rabbits were divided into four groups: groupⅠ normal control; group Ⅱ no I/R with INO; group Ⅲ I/R; group Ⅳ I/R with INO. \ PaO 2, PaCO 2, A aDO 2, Qs/Qt and methemoglobin were continuously observed quantitatively.\ Results\ (1)INO unaffected the gas exchange of the normal lung.\ (2)INO provided at the start of reperfusion significantly improved PaO 2 and decreased PaCO 2, A aDO 2, Qs/Qt.\ (3)No significant effect of INO on methemoglobin.\ Conclusion\ INO can significantly ameliorate the early gas exchange of reperfusion lung.
