摘要
目的探讨人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)与颌下腺、血清表皮生长因子(EGF)之间的相互调节机制,为内分泌免疫调节网络提供实验依据。方法ICR雄性小鼠切除颌下腺和给予HCG前后应用放射免疫方法测定颌下腺和血清EGF。结果假手术给药组颌下腺EGF含量与假手术组相比明显升高(P<0.05),去颌下腺组血清EGF与假手术组相比差别无显著性,去颌下腺给药组血清EGF与去颌下腺组相比明显上升(P<0.05),假手术给药组血清EGF与假手术组相比明显上升(P<0.05)。结论颌下腺分泌的EGF是血清EGF的来源之一;HCG可促进小鼠颌下腺和其他相关组织合成释放EGF入血。
Objective\ Investigation into the joint modulating mechanism between human choriogonadotropin(HCG) and serum epidermal growth factor(EGF) in submandibular gland and serum for offering experimental evidence for endocrine immunity regulating network.Methods\ The submandibular and EGF level of ICR mice before and after sialoadenectomy and HCG injection were observed with radioimmunoassay.\ Results\ Submandibular concentrations of EGF was significantly higher in mice with sham operation and HCG replenishment than in those with sham operation(P<0 05).\ There were no difference in serum content of EGF between sham operation group and sialoadenectomized group(P>0 05).\ Marked increase in serum levels of EGF was observed in sialoadenectomized mice after HCG administration(P<0 05).\ Serum concentration of EGF was significantly higher in mice with sham operation and HCG replenishment than in those with sham operation(P<0 05). \ Conclusion\ Submandibular gland is one of the sources producing and secreting EGF into serum; HCG can increase EGF synthesis in submandibular gland and other related tissues and their EGF releasing into blood.
