慢性肺原性心脏病对左心室功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究慢性肺原性心脏病(肺心病)右心功能损害对左心室功能的影响。方法分析21例慢性肺心病的超声心动图,以二尖瓣A/E比值为指标观察左心室舒张功能;测量EF、CO、SV、CI、FS作为观察左心室收缩功能的指标;并测量左室心腔内径及计算左室心肌重量指数。结果研究发现肺心病组二尖瓣A/E比值为1.14±0.14,与对照组比较P<0.01。EF、CO、SV、CI、FS分别为61.90±11.82,4.47±0.89,56.71±13.70,63.20±0.58,与对照组比较P>0.05。心肌重量指数83.76±19.10,与对照组无统计学差异。结论慢性肺心病(1)左室舒张早期充盈受损;(2)本研究未发现左室收缩功能减退;(3)不伴有左心腔扩大或左室心肌肥厚。 Objective\ To study the influence of left ventricle in right ventricular dysfunction.\ Methods\ In a retrospective review of echocardiogram of 21 patients with chronic cor pulmonale and 15 healthy controls,A/E of bicuspid valve,left ventricular systolic function and LVMI were analysed.\ Results\ A/E of bicuspid valve in cor pulmonale was 1 14±0 14 and greater than that in healthy controls (P<0 01). \ There were no significant difference of EF,CO,SV,CI,FS between two groups(P>0 05). \ LVMI were 83 76±19 10(cor pulmonale) and 80 77±18 33(healthy controls)(P>0 05).\ Conclusion\ There was a damage of early diastolic function of left ventricle in cor pulmonale.\ No left ventricular systolic dysfunction and left ventricular hypertrophy were found.
