Yb^(3+):Na_5Bi(WO_4)_2(MoO_4)_2多晶料的制备与性能表征 被引量:2

Synthesis and Characterization of Polycrystalline Material Yb^(3+):Na_5Bi(WO_4)_2(MoO_4)_2

摘要 采用高温固相反应合成了混酸盐多晶材料Yb3+:Na5Bi(WO4)2(MoO4)2。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、同步热分析仪(DSC-TG)、红外光谱仪和荧光光谱仪等分析测试技术,对多晶材料Yb3+:Na5Bi(WO4)2(MoO4)2的结构与光谱性能进行了研究,研究发现:新相属于四方晶系,空间群为I41/a(88),熔点约为930℃,吸收带宽为83 nm,发射中心波长为1006 nm,发射带宽为50 nm,荧光寿命为589.03μs。 In order to research in the novel laser crystal of molybdate,the compound-anion polycrystalline material Yb3+:Na5Bi(WO4)2(MoO4)2 was synthesized by solid state reaction.The material was characterized by XRD,DSC-TG,absorption spectrum and emission spectrum.The result is concluded that the new phosphor belongs to tetragonal,and space group is I41/a(88).Its melt point is about 930 ℃ and the absorption band,emission band,center emission wavelength is about 83 nm,50 nm,1006 nm respectively.
