摘要
本文研究了矿渣制备胶凝材料的影响因素,通过机械活化和化学激发对矿渣进行活化,制备出矿渣基胶凝材料。研究了低温陶瓷复合材料的影响因素,用活化后的矿渣制备低温陶瓷复合材料。分析了复合材料的界面和矿物相,制备出了抗压强度大于70MPa的以矿渣为主体的低温陶瓷复合材料,为钢铁冶金渣利用提供了一种新技术方案,并通过对复合材料的性能评价和应用前景分析,使该技术具有一定的实际应用价值。
This essay studies the factors that affects the preparing of cementing materials by slag.Slag was stimulated by mechanical activation and chemical excitation,and cementing material based slag was prepared.It studies the factors that affects the low-temperature ceramic composite materials and low-temperature ceramic composite materials was prepared with the activated slag.It also anylyses the composite materials' interface and the mineral phase and we had prepared the low-temperature ceramic composite materials whose compressive strength is more than 70 MPa with slag as the main material.All these results provide a new technology program to use metallurgical slag.Through the performance evaluation and the application analysis of the composite materials,the technology has some practical value
