矿渣掺量和细度对矿渣胶凝材料收缩性能的影响 被引量:17

摘要 利用XRD、SEM等方法,研究了不同掺量和不同比表面积的矿渣制备的矿渣胶凝材料的收缩性能,对其水化产物、微观结构及形貌特征进行了探讨。结果表明:矿渣细度和掺量对胶凝材料的收缩有显著的影响,其最佳掺量为75%,最佳细度为550 m2/kg;矿渣胶凝材料具有早期干缩小,后期微膨胀的性能,其水化产物主要是Ⅰ型水化硅酸钙凝胶,并存在大量的钙钒石。 The mortar shrinkage of slag cementitious materials with difference mixing amount and specific area were studied by means of XRD and SEM.The hydrated products,microstructure and morphological characteristics were discussed.Experiment results show that slag fineness and mixing amount have significant influence on drying shrinkage.When the mixing amount of slag is 75%,and the specific area of slag is 550 m2/kg,slag cementitious materials can reach better drying shrinkage.The slag cementitious materials have short early drying shrinkage and great later swelling.The main compositions of hydration products consist of calcium silicate hydrates(Ⅰ) and ettringite.
