摘要 TFT-LCD基板玻璃是组成TFT-LCD的重要材料,其物理化学性能是由基板玻璃的化学组成来决定。文中介绍了典型商用TFT-LCD基板玻璃的化学组成及其物理化学性能,并对TFT-LCD基板玻璃的发展状况进行了展望。 TFT-LCD substrate glasses were critical materials in TFT-LCDs,and their physical and chemical properties were depended on compositions of substrate glasses.Compositions of typical commercial TFT-LCD substrate glasses and their physical and chemical properties are introduced,and a prospect on the development of TFT-LCD substrate glasses has been given.
