摘要
表面功能结构制造不同于传统的机械加工,是在工件表面加工制造出各种不同形貌、不同尺度、不同维数并具有不同功能的结构。表面功能结构涉及学科多,应用范围广,已成为传统高能耗产业节能降耗的有效途径;是高技术产业如微/光电子、国防、汽车、先进农业机械等进一步提高设备和产品性能的关键;也是促进新兴产业如新能源的发展,增强其自主创新能力的突破口。表面功能结构的研究已从局部工艺性的加工技术研究逐步发展到多学科交叉的整体性设计、制造科学问题及其关键技术的研究。表面功能结构种类繁多,根据尺度、维数和功能对表面功能结构进行分类;综述各类表面功能结构的特点、国内外研究现状以及应用;分析各研究领域存在的问题,并对表面功能结构制造的发展趋势进行预测。
Different from traditional machining processes,the manufacturing technology of Functional Surface Structure,aims to produce structures of various morphologies,scales,dimensions and functions on machined surfaces.Functional surface structure relates to many disciplines and shows its advantages in many technical applications.It can play a crucial role in promoting energy efficiency and emissions reductions in conventional energyintensive industries,enhancing the performance of the equipments in advanced opto-electronics industry,defense industry,automotive industry and agricultural engineering,and stimulating the development of new industries,e.g.new energy.The research of the functional surface structure is extending from special manufacturing processes to multi-disciplines integrated design,scientific problems and key technologies in manufacturing engineering.Various functional surface structures are classified according to their scales,dimensions and functions,and their specific characters are discussed in detail.The latest research and applications,the challenges and future trends of functional surface structures are also presented and analyzed.
