摘要 高速高效加工是近年来迅速发展起来的集高效、优质和低耗于一身的先进制造工艺技术,是机械加工技术的重要发展方向。在航空、航天、汽车、模具、高速机车等行业中应用已取得重大经济效益,对提高加工技术水平,推动机械制造技术的进步具有深远的意义。高速高效加工的研发主要包括加工机理、加工机床、刀具磨具和加工工艺等方面。给出高速切削磨削机理、刀具磨具、机床功能部件及整机设计等方面的新理论、新原理、新观点、新方法、新成果和新技术,介绍高速切削磨削技术在产业发展中的重大应用和重大成果。以汽车制造业为例指出高速加工技术的发展趋势,预测2015~2025年中型高速加工中心的技术指标,结合我国未来几年的战略需求和重点发展方向,提出高速加工技术发展路线,展望未来几年我国高速加工技术的发展重点。 High-speed and efficient processing is an advanced manufacturing process technology which leads to high-efficiency,high-quality and low energy consumption developing rapidly in recent years.It is an important direction of development in machining technology.It has made significant economic benefits in aviation,aerospace,automotive,mold,high-speed locomotives and other industry applications.Therefore,far-reaching significance will be achieved in improving the level of processing technology and promoting the progress of mechanical manufacturing technology.The research and development of high-speed and efficient processing include processing mechanism,machine tools,tool grinding,machining process and other aspects.It put out new theories,new principles,new ideas,new methods,new achievements and new skills in high-speed cutting and grinding mechanism,cutter grinding,function components and overall design of machine.The major applications and major achievements of high-speed cutting grinding technology in the industrial development are introduced.Auto manufacturing for example,the high-speed machining technology trends,and forecast medium-high-speed machining centers’ technical indicators in 2015-2025 are pointed out;Combining with development direction of China's future strategic needs and priorities.A high-speed machining technology development road and the development direction of high-speed machining technology are proposed.
