摘要 本文对高强铝质电瓷材料配方和制备工艺进行了研究。结果表明,在配方中合理添加α-A l2O3和碱土金属元素化合物,用等静压成型,可在较低的烧成温度下(低于1260℃),制备出具有良好力学性能的铝质电瓷材料,其平均弯曲强度可达238.8 MPa。同时发现,在1050℃时合理增加保温时间,可促进针状二次莫来石生成,进而显著提高材料的弯曲强度。本研究借助X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(XEDS)等手段研究了铝质高强度电瓷材料的显微结构、物相组成,分析显示制备的高强度铝质电瓷材料主晶相为刚玉、莫来石,有少量玻璃相及气孔。 The batch formula and technology of high strength aluminous electric porcelain was studied.α-Al2O3 was introduced for enhancing mechanical strength and alkaline-earth metal components were introduced as flux and alkaline-restrainer.The aluminous electric porcelain prepared by cold isostatic compaction and easy fired presented a very high flexural strength averagely up to 238.8 MPa.If the content of α-Al2O3 and alkaline-earth metal components were controlled in an appropriate range,the tight agglomeration could be realized at a lower temperature(≤1260 ℃).The results also indicated that an appropriate holding time at 1050 ℃ could promote the formation of secondary mullite which could notably increase flexural strength of the products.The crystal phase and microstructure of the high strength aluminous electric porcelain were investigated by XRD,SEM and XEDS.The results showed that the microstructure included alnumina,mulite,pore and glass phase in which alnumina and mulite were the main crystal phase.
