摘要
水稻虫害是影响产量提高的主要限制因素,常常造成水稻减产,品质下降。半个多世纪以来,化学农药的使用对减少水稻虫害起到了重要的作用。然而,长期大量施用化学农药造成严重的环境污染,破坏生态平衡,同时,许多害虫也产生了抗药性。利用基因工程培育抗虫水稻品种是解决这一问题的有效途径。经过近20多年的发展,国内外水稻抗虫基因工程已经取得了很大的进展。本文就抗虫基因的克隆、水稻遗传转化等方面的最新研究进展进行了综述。
Rice pest,which often resulting in grain losses and the quality decline,is the main limiting factor for rice yield.During the last fifty years chemical pesticides have played an important role in rice pest control.However,large quantities of chemical pesticides utilization in long term caused serious environmental pollution,destruction of ecological balance,while many insects have developed resistance.Genetic engineering is an effective alternative to solve the problem.In recent twenty years great progress has been made in genetic engineering of rice for insect resistant.In this paper the progress in cloning of insect resistant genes and genetic transformation in rice were reviewed.
