轿车子午线轮胎结构与侧偏特性的探讨 被引量:4

摘要 通过测试轮胎侧偏刚度(K)、转向力因数(C)、回正力矩系数(A)、负荷灵敏度(H)、负荷转移灵敏度(G)等动力学参数,并利用UNITIRE模型进行参数辨识,分析相同轮廓195/65R15轿车子午线轮胎结构与动力学参数的关系。模拟分析结果表明,采用高三角胶、两层胎体帘布层一高一低反包结构的方案B轮胎的胎侧刚度最大,K最大,C最大,H最大,G较小,可使车辆转向反映灵敏,同时保持良好的操纵稳定性和行驶稳定性;采用胎体帘布层高反包结构且胎体帘布层复合材料模量略高的方案C和D轮胎的下胎侧刚度大,A大,能更好地保证驾驶安全性;采用胎体帘布层低反包结构且胎体帘布层复合材料模量略高的方案A轮胎的K,C,A和G最小,综合性能差。 The correlation between structure and cornering properties for 195/65R15PCR tire with same profile was investigated.Tire dynamics parameters were tested and modeled by UNITRIE,such as cornering stiffness(K),cornering force coefficient(C),self-aligning moment coefficient(A),load sensitivity(H)and load transfer sensitivity(G).The simulation results showed that,design B with the structure of high bead filler and double carcass plies(one high and one low turn-up height)had maximum values of sidewall stiffness,K,Cand H,and smaller Gvalue.This design endowed sensitive response to vehicle steering,and better vehicle handling and stability.Both design C and design D with high turn-up height carcass ply structure and higher modulus for carcass plies had high value of stiffness in the lower sidewall and maximum value of A,and endowed better vehicle handling safety.Design A with low turn-up height carcass ply structure and higher modulus for carcass plies had minimum values of K,C,Aand G,and endowed tire worse general performance.
