心房重构机制的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 心房颤动(房颤)是临床上最常见的持续性心律失常,可引起心房内血栓、脑栓塞等严重的并发症。近年研究表明心房重构是房颤发生和维持的中心环节,包括电重构和结构重构,然而其确切的机制尚未完全明确。随着对心房重构机制研究的深入,治疗心房重构药物的研究已成为治疗房颤的一个新热点。
